Emperor Dracula was the Emperor of Blacberrieland for the during most of the Berry Wars. During the beginning of Episode I, Dracula commanded all nations to worship Buddha. He reigned for 103 years, and was regarded as the instigator to the Berry Wars and as a cruel tyrant who wanted to control everybody else, even by his own people.
